TERMS
These terms govern your use of the Kalonmoves web app and related services between you and Kalonmoves GmbH (in formation). By registering or using the platform you accept these terms.

1. Scope and operator
The platform is operated by Kalonmoves GmbH (in formation), Kreuzlingen (Thurgau), Switzerland. These terms apply to services delivered via kalonmoves.com and connected subdomains.
2. Kalonmoves services
Kalonmoves provides a web app where users can discover events, manage free RSVPs, use QR tickets, connect with coaches, and use early messaging features. Unless explicitly stated, Kalonmoves is not the organizer of third-party offerings.
3. Registration and user accounts
You need an account for RSVP, ticket access, QR check-in and coach DMs. Sign-in uses a magic link and a 6-digit one-time code sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping your email access safe and for the accuracy of your account information.
4. Event bookings and tickets
On confirmed RSVP you receive a personal QR ticket. Tickets are non-transferable and are scanned at check-in by authorized staff. Current launch events are free; if paid tickets are introduced later, prices and additional terms will be clearly shown before purchase.
5. Cancellations and no-shows
You may cancel a free booking at any time before the event start and thereby release your spot. Repeated no-shows without cancellation may lead to restrictions on future bookings. Paid tickets are subject to additional terms communicated before purchase.
6. Participation at your own risk
Physical activities (running, strength, recovery sessions, etc.) carry injury risk. Participation is at your own risk. By registering you confirm that you are physically fit for the activity and have sought medical advice if needed.
7. Coach inquiries
Coach inquiries submitted through the platform are non-binding. No coaching or brokerage contract is formed between Kalonmoves and the coach. Any agreements (scope, price, payment) are concluded directly between you and the coach.
8. Community conduct
Kalonmoves is a respectful community. Discrimination, hate speech, harassment, spam, and the distribution of illegal content are prohibited. Violations may result in warnings, feature restrictions, or full account suspension.
9. User content
By uploading content (profile pictures, messages, and other communication content) you grant Kalonmoves a simple, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display that content as required to operate the platform. You retain the copyright to your content.
10. Pricing and payment
Registration, RSVP and core features are currently free. For future paid offerings, the price shown at booking applies, including applicable taxes. Payment provider terms only apply where a paid purchase is actually offered.
11. Right of withdrawal
Where you purchase a paid digital offering as a consumer, you may withdraw within the statutory period as long as the service has not been fully performed. Dated event tickets are subject to the rules in section 5.
12. Liability
Kalonmoves is liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is, to the extent permitted by law, limited to the typical and foreseeable damage. Liability for content and services of listed coaches and event hosts is excluded unless Kalonmoves is itself the organizer.
13. Availability
We aim for high platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events may cause temporary disruptions.
14. Data protection
Processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy at /legal/datenschutz, which forms an integral part of these terms.
15. Changes to these terms
Kalonmoves may amend these terms where legal or operational conditions change. Registered users will be notified by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
16. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding the CISG. The exclusive venue is the registered seat of Kalonmoves GmbH in the Canton of Thurgau, to the extent mandatory consumer protections do not provide otherwise.
17. Severability
If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected. The invalid provision is replaced by a rule that most closely reflects its economic intent.
